The California Conservation Easement Database (CCED) contains data about conservation easement lands. Lands are under easement with governments, non-profits and private entities. Easement types include conservation, agricultural, forest, and home owner association protected areas. Utility, right-of-way, and other maintenance easements are not included. Data includes all known easements in California. Easements are typically defined by the entire parcel, though easements typically only cover a portion of the parcel.
